Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Domestic Delivery (United States) Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days after processing. Total estimated time from order to delivery is 7–10 business days.
International Delivery International orders typically arrive within 10–21 business days after processing depending on destination and customs clearance. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Lost or Stolen Packages EK.FRIDGE™ is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, contact your local carrier first. If the issue is unresolved contact us at support@ekfridge.com.
Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at support@ekfridge.com with photos of the damage. We'll make it right.
